About the Workshop
Speak & Be Heard is a communication workshop in which you will write an engaging story, learn it, and deliver it with confidence, courage, and charisma.
You Will...
- Engage in playful activities with a partner and as a group to spark imagination and creativity.
- Practice answering off-the-cuff questions to develop spontaneity.
- Have opportunities to give and receive kind, honest, and helpful feedback to develop effective communication skills.
- Meet new people through sharing personal, relatable, fun stories!

Details
This one-day communication workshop will take place on Saturday, May 3rd from 9am - 3pm. The cost is $200 per participant.
Speak & Be Heard
There will be no more than 5 participants. Each person will write a short personal story and learn it in advance, and deliver it to our small group. Coach Cara will send writing guidelines and assist you with edits.
